Because of my exceptional skill with handling customers issues, and the speed and quality with which I fulfilled customers requests, I was moved to the Hot Modifcations Group, the responsibilities of which included all of the above plus the requirement that all customers be contacted as close to the same day as they submitted their request often in less than 12 hours.
